New York Festivals Television & Film Awards, honoring the “World’s Best Work”, announced the 2010 competition finalists today. The GRANDJURY™, comprised of award winning television and film professionals, selected finalists from twenty-nine countries around the globe. All finalists will go on to a second round of judging, with different criteria to determine the prestigious Grand Trophy Award recipients as well as Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists.

New York Festivals International Television & Film AwardsTelevision & Film Awards will host its 2010 awards ceremony on Monday, May 3rd at 6pm in the Penthouse Lobby of the American Airlines Theatre and the adjacent outdoor terrace featuring spectacular views of historic Times Square. The award winning work will be showcased throughout the venue while cocktails and substantial hors d’oeuvres are served. The 2010 award presentation will be featured in the showcase section of the Television & Film Awards website.
